 NIUM DEVELOPMENTS OR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS, OR COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL
  PARCELS IN THE VILLAGE OF LENNON:\nPURSUANT TO VILLAGE OF LENNON ORDINANCE
  2022-0421-01, NOTICE IS\nHEREBY GIVEN that all noxious weeds and growth, a
 s defined in the Village of Lennon Noxious Weeds and Growth Ordinance, and 
 all grass and/or vegetation and all dead grass and brush for a depth often 
 (10) rods (165 feet) or the depth of the Jot, whichever is greater, within 
 the Village of Lennon, Shiawassee/Genesee Counties, State of Michigan, must
  be cut down, destroyed, and removed on or before June 1, 2025, and, again,
  between the period from July 30 to September 1, 2025, to prevent the weeds
  from going to seed or to blossom, and to prevent the dead grass and brush 
 from becoming a fire hazard; and\n \nOwners, agents, and/or occupants of un
 developed plats, residential subdivisions, site condominium developments or
  planned unit developments, or commercial or industrial parcels, whether oc
 cupied or not, provided that such parcels have a building intended for the 
 shelter, housing, or enclosure of persons, animals, or property, shall cut 
 the grass and/or vegetation growing on the same and to prevent such grass a
 nd/or vegetation from reaching a height in excess of eight (8) inches, as m
 easured from the grade level of the ground on any portion of the involved p
 arcel, by continued cutting in a fashion that is aesthetically appropriate 
 for the area where such parcel is located.\nFAILURE TO COMPLY with this not
 ice and the provisions of the Village of Lennon Noxious Weeds and Growth Or
 dinance on or before the above stated dates shall deem the owners, agents, 
 and/or occupants of undeveloped plats, residential subdivisions, site condo
 minium developments or planned unit developments, or commercial or industri
 al parcels responsible for the costs of lawn mowing and cutting, destroying
 , and removing the noxious weeds, dead grass, or brush by the Village of Le
 nnon and the cost shall be levied and collected against the property in the
  same manner as other taxes are levied and collected and subject the proper
 ty owner to a civil fine of\n$100.00 in addition to the cost of prosecution

 ing on the same and to prevent such grass and/or vegetation from reaching a

 the ground on any portion of the involved parcel, by continued cutting in a
  fashion that is aesthetically appropriate for the area where such parcel i
 s located.</p><p><strong>FAILURE TO COMPLY </strong>with this notice and th
 e provisions of the Village of Lennon Noxious Weeds and Growth Ordinance on
  or before the above stated dates shall deem the owners, agents, and/or occ
 upants of undeveloped plats, residential subdivisions, site condominium dev
 elopments or planned unit developments, or commercial or industrial parcels
  responsible for the costs of lawn mowing and cutting, destroying, and remo
 ving the noxious weeds, dead grass, or brush by the Village of Lennon and t
 he cost shall be levied and collected against the property in the same mann
 er as other taxes are levied and collected and subject the property owner t
 o a civil fine of</p><p>$100.00 in addition to the cost of prosecution.</p>
