 ment Improvements will be received, by the Village of Lennon, at Spicer Gro
 up, 999 South Washington Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48601 until 10:00AM local time
  on April 3rd, 2026 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened
  and read. The Project consists of completing local street improvements by 
 milling of the existing road, intermittent curb and gutter removal and repl
 acement, HMA paving, pavement markings, and permanent signing.\nEach propos
 al shall be accompanied by certified check or bidder's bond in the amount o
 f 5% of the bid. Checks shall be drawn payable to VILLAGE OF LENNON as secu
 rity for the acceptance of the Contract and subject to the conditions state
 d in the Instructions to Bidders.\n \nThe Owner reserves the right to waive
  an informality in any bid, to reject any or all bids, or accept any bid wh
