 ds for the construction of the <strong>Lennon Road Pavement Improvements </
 strong>will be received, by <strong>the Village of Lennon</strong>, at Spic
 er Group, 999 South Washington Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48601 until <strong>10:0
 0AM </strong>local time on <strong>April 3<sup>rd</sup>, 2026 </strong>at w
 hich time</span> the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Pr
 oject consists of completing local street improvements by milling of the ex
 isting road, intermittent curb and gutter removal and replacement, HMA pavi
 ng, pavement markings, and permanent signing.</p><p>Each proposal shall be 
 accompanied by certified check or bidder's bond in the amount of 5% of the 
 bid. Checks shall be drawn payable to <strong>VILLAGE OF LENNON </strong>as
  security for the acceptance of the Contract and subject to the conditions 
 stated in the Instructions to Bidders.</p><p> </p><p>The Owner reserves the
  right to waive an informality in any bid, to reject any or all bids, or ac
 cept any bid which is considered most favorable to the Owner.</p><p> </p><p
