LENNON ROAD PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENTS

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Lennon Road Pavement Improvements will be received, by the Village of Lennon, at Spicer Group, 999 South Washington Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48601 until 10:00AM local time on April 3^rd, 2026 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of completing local street improvements by milling of the existing road, intermittent curb and gutter removal and replacement, HMA paving, pavement markings, and permanent signing.

Each proposal shall be accompanied by certified check or bidder's bond in the amount of 5% of the bid. Checks shall be drawn payable to VILLAGE OF LENNON as security for the acceptance of the Contract and subject to the conditions stated in the Instructions to Bidders.

The Owner reserves the right to waive an informality in any bid, to reject any or all bids, or accept any bid which is considered most favorable to the Owner.

All addendums will also be posted to this website. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring all addendums have been received and acknowledged prior to submittal of the bid. No paper copies of these documents will be available for purchase.
