NOTICE OF THE VILLAGE OF LENNON PLANNING COMMISSION AND DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY PUBLIC MEETINGS

WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 3, 2021 AT 6:00 P.M.

 

 

The Village of Lennon will conduct its regularly scheduled meetings of the Planning Commission and Downtown Development Authority on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic and pursuant to Michigan Public Act 228 of 2020 and the current State of Emergency as declared by the State of Michigan officials and Genesee County officials, this public meeting will be conducted electronically and all members of the public may participate electronically by computer, tablet, or smart phone, or home phone. 

 

To participate by phone only, dial (312) 626-6799 and enter the Meeting ID #891-4447-1828. 

 

You may also participate by video. To participate by video, you will need to download the Zoom app on any computer, tablet, Android phone, or iPhone. The Zoom app can be found by typing Zoom.us in the browser of any computer, tablet, or smart phone. The Zoom app is free of charge and must be downloaded prior to participating in the meeting.  You will need to establish the app settings if you wish to participate by video, audio, or both by turning on the audio feature and/or the video feature in the app on your device. 

 

Sign into the Zoom app near the time of the meeting and enter the Meeting ID #891-4447-1828 when prompted.  There is no meeting password required. You may participate by video, audio, or both at your choice. 

 

You will have an opportunity to speak to the Planning Commission members and Downtown Development Authority members during the public comment section of the meetings.  You may also submit written or typed comments to the Planning Commission members and Downtown Development Authority members that will be read and shared with the Planning Commission members and Downtown Development Authority members and public during the public comments section of the meetings.  Any written or typed comments must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on the date of the scheduled meeting.  Written or typed comments may be submitted to the Village of Lennon by placing a copy of the comments in the mail or in the Village of Lennon drop box located on the front door of the Village of Lennon Hall located at 11904 Lennon Road, P.O. Box 349, Lennon, Michigan 48449.
